Ingredients:

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground lemon myrtle

1 tsp ground cinnamon myrtle

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp Tasmanian pepper

1 tsp roasted wattleseed

Method:

  1. Grind and/or mix the above ingredients and store in an airtight container

 

Chef's note: Depending on you personal preference you can add 1/2 the amount of cinnamon and add 1/2 tsp ground cloves
