Honey and Wattleseed Popcorn
Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked popcorn
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp roasted wattleseed
Method:
- Place butter, sugar and honey on saucepan on a low heat. Bubble will form
- Add Wattleseed
- In a large bowl place the popcorn pour over caramel and stir well
- Evenly spread on to a prepared tray lined with grease proof paper, until cooled
- Place in airtight container in the fridge or simply eat immediately!
Chef's Note: Do not touch the popcorn as it is very hot and can burn
Variations: omit the wattleseed and add lemon myrtle (ground)
