Easiest Roasted Wattleseed Ripple Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 litres good quality vanilla ice cream

1/3 cup of Wattleseed extract (check wattleseed extract recipe)

Method:

  1. Fold wattleseed extract to soften ice cream, place in the freezer to refreeze
  2. Best to leave overnight

Chef's Note: Place scoop of this rich fabulous ice-cream between two wattleseed Anzac Biscuits, kids and adults alike will enjoy this spin on Eskimo pie
